Hi, my name is Theodor, but in the digital world, you know me as Friistr. I am a photographer with a passion for travel and nature photography.

I started my photography journey at the age of 4 when I bought my very first digital camera. Ever since, I’ve been fascinated by capturing large and small details in our world.

My life project, Every Element, is about exactly this.

I have a memory built for logistics and structure, while personal memories rarely find their place. Every Element is my way of capturing "every element" that gets lost. By documenting geographic areas tied to specific emotions, it helps me build a bridge between my practical memory and my actual experiences. I don't photograph just because it's fun, but to remember more than just facts.

Beyond Every Element and my other projects, I am a photographer and social media manager for 4. Kristiansand speidergruppe (scout group).

You can find me on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok under @friistr. I also have a Discord server open to anyone who wants to follow my projects more closely.
